Jeremy D M Ingall Executive Chairman
Jeremy is a co-founder of Andover Group, serves as Managing Director of Andover Capital Partners and as Executive Director of Andover Corporate Finance. Jeremy's career spans over twenty five years in investment banking and private equity investment in Australia and the United States. Prior to co-founding Andover Group, Jeremy held senior executive positions with Gemini Genomics and MEARS Technologies, Inc. in Boston, Massachusetts and investment banking firms Wardley Australia Limited (HSBC) and Flinders Capital Limited in Australia.
Jeremy serves as a non-executive director of MEARS Technologies, Inc. (Boston), Music Icon, Inc. (New York), 3D Clinic Pty Limited (Sydney) and Plan International Australia, a leading international NGO childrens development organisation working in 48 countries across Africa, Asia and the Americas.
Jeremy studied finance, accounting & economics at the University of New South Wales.
Mark E A Hodge Managing Director
Mark is a co-founder of Andover Group, serves as Managing Director of Andover Corporate Finance and as a Director of Andover Capital Partners. Mark's career spans over twenty five years in investment banking and private equity investment in Australia and New Zealand. He specialises in advising corporate and private equity firm clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings, corporate restructurings and financial matters generally.
Prior to co-founding Andover Group Mark held senior executive positions with Jump Capital, Oceania & Eastern Group, Beerworth & Partners and Wardley James Capel Corporate Finance (HSBC).
Mark is also a Director of 3DClinic Pty Limited and Uniline Australia Limited.

Dr. Patrick Kleyn Senior Advisor
Dr. Kleyn serves as President, Chief Scientific Officer and is a co-founder of Ligon Discovery, a pioneering biotechnology company that discovers and develops innovative human medicines targeting important therapeutic needs. Formerly, he served as Director of Scientific Planning at the Broad Institute. Before joining the Broad, Dr. Kleyn was Chief Scientific Officer at Gemini Genomics, where he participated in an IPO which raised $96M prior to its $238M merger with Sequenom in 2001. He was also one of the initial scientists at Millennium Pharmaceuticals where he led the cloning of an obesity gene, one of the company’s first major scientific achievements. He subsequently held multiple senior research-management positions at Millennium and Millennium Predictive Medicine. He was a Postdoctoral fellow at Columbia University, has a PhD in Genetics from the University of London (UK), and received a BA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University (UK).
