MARK HODGE, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mark is a co-founder of Andover Group, and is Managing Director of Andover Corporate Finance. Mark’s career spans over 35 years in investment banking and private equity investment in Australia and New Zealand. He specialises in advising corporate and private equity firm clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings, corporate restructurings and financial matters generally. Prior to co-founding Andover Group Mark held senior executive positions with Jump Capital, Oceania & Eastern Group, Beerworth & Partners and Wardley James Capel Corporate Finance (HSBC). Mark graduated B.Com LL.B from Auckland University. ACA (NZ), SA Fin.
Ben Loiterton has over 33 years of experience in investment banking, corporate leadership, executive management and entrepreneurial activity. He is also an experienced company director, having served on 6 ASX company boards, various private companies, co-founded several start-up businesses, and arranged equity funding across the full spectrum from growth capital to private equity transactions. Mr Loiterton has experience with driving commercial strategy, leading corporate operations, corporate finance, equity capital raising, IPO’s, mergers & acquisitions, financial restructuring, turnarounds, and providing legal and business advice for fast-growth businesses. He has direct experience in renewable energy, gas development, mining, technology, software, telecoms, ad-tech, media, and both new economy business models and traditional businesses.Ben graduated B. Comm LL.B from the University of New South Wales.
BARRY DAVIES, Senior Advisor
Barry has over thirty years experience in investment banking and private equity in Australia. Barry commenced his career in investment banking in 1985 with Wardley Australia Limited (HSBC) (Sydney), joined Grant Samuel in 1990 where he served as an Executive Director through 1996 then co-founded Longreach in 2001 where he served as a director before joining Andover in March 2014. Barry served as Chairman of ASP Aluminium Holdings Pty Limited from 2006-2013. Since July 2018 Barry has served as an Executive Director of Deus Ex Machina Motor Cycles Pty Ltd, a lifestyle apparel, accessories and hardware brand. Barry graduated from University of Sydney B.Ec, LL.B.
Tony Holley, Senior Advisor
Tony has over thirty years experience in investment banking, acquisitions, consulting and technology roles in Australasia. Tony commenced his career with Mobil Oil in 1989 before working in various consulting and technology roles with SMS Consulting, Qantas and American Express. He Co-founded a speech recognition company that rolled out the first taxi booking application globally for Cabcharge. He then worked in acquisitions for HGL Ltd before joining Cisco in a regional consulting role. In 2014 Tony moved onto the sell side with Hamilton Rich before joining Andover in July 2024. Tony graduated from the University of Queensland with a B. Science (Econ), and an MBA in International Business.
